Stir Astro Original Balkan Plain 6% yogourt with cheese, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture over cauliflower, to coat evenly and then roast for 20 minutes! Drizzle with melted brown butter to finish.
